For organisations

Organisations (branches and schools) add several tutors and admins under one roof, with shared scheduling and branding.

Admins and tutors

From the home dashboard, invite co-admins and tutors. Admins manage students, classes and settings; tutors teach the classes they're assigned and upload resources. Tutors only ever see their own classes and pupils.

Terms and timetable

Set up Terms with class-days and per-class times. Class occurrences (and attendance) follow the term timetable, with holidays/breaks skipped automatically.

Branding

Give your space your organisation's name, logo, colours and light/dark theme — applied for everyone in the org.

Bulk import (CSV)

Import students, tutors and classes in one file — one student per row. You can include date of birth and a parent/guardian per student (siblings sharing an email reuse one guardian), and, for Comhaltas branches, membership details. Re-importing the same file is safe; it won't create duplicates.

Reporting

Export org-wide attendance over any date range as a CSV for your records.
