Features and improvements as they ship on tradroom.

  1. New Features

    One library, all your students

    Just like your practice, it's the small stuff that adds up!

    The big one since the 15th: you can now share tunes across all your students, not just those in a class. If someone's doing one-to-ones, or hasn't been added to a class yet, they'll still get whatever you put in the Library. Handy for a tune of the week, or anything you want everyone to have.

    Event pages were refined too, so they're clearer for the people you're sending them to.

    For everyone, the home, library, classes and events pages all work the same way now, so there's less guessing.

    There are new guidance videos in the app as well if you want a quick walkthrough of anything.

    There's a good bit more done behind the scenes as well.

  2. New Features

    Consistency is key!

    Just like your practice, consistency is key!

    Whether you are new to the app, or have been using it since launch, over the last week you may have noticed that there have been a lot of changes. Both the UI/UX and the code under the hood are more consistent and efficient.

    For tutors and organisations it is now easier to organise and upload resources for your students.

    For larger subscribers we have optimised the Excel/CSV import to make it quicker and easier to get up and running.

    For all, the layout of the homepage, library, classes and events pages are cleaner and easier to navigate.

    There are far more changes than I can list here but, as always, if you find a bug please let me know!

  3. New Features

    We look different! New UI & UX!

    We've spent the last week doing a major overhaul on our UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience).

    You will now find a much more cohesive layout in the app, using a collapsing sidebar on mobile. Look for the new button(≡) at the top left of the page to access the menu.

    The whole app is faster and more responsive too.

    We are working hard on further features. Let us know what is working for you, and what isn't.
