O'Carolan Harp Festival & Summer School

The O’Carolan Harp Festival and Summer School celebrates the life, music, and legacy of Turlough O’Carolan, one of Ireland’s greatest traditional composers and harpists. It started in 1978 and is held annually, over the August bank holiday, in the picturesque village of Keadue, County Roscommon, the festival brings together harpers, musicians and music lovers from around the world for a unique cultural experience.
